Best places to visit in Spring 2023

Spring is here and for many of us it is a perfect time for traveling, especially overseas, and if you’re in need of new destinations, this article is for you. There are lots of places to consider traveling to both in the US and overseas and we’ve made a list of our favorites.

Vietnam

Located at the very Eastern edge of the mainland of Southeast Asia, Vietnam might not be such a popular travel destination as its neighbor Thailand but it is sure one to write down on your to-visit list. This diverse country offers a wealth of experiences especially when it comes to food and natural landscapes. Whether you like scuba-diving, cycling, hiking, or motorbike trips, you’re sure to find exactly what you need there. Also if you like to go clubbing, Hanoi might be the perfect place for you as this city has a bustling nightlife. As for souvenirs, Vietnam is known for its textiles, coffee, and silk products.

Ireland

Ireland is a true hidden gem of Europe and there is no better time to visit it than spring. It is a perfect place for someone who likes to explore ancient sites and fortresses, as Ireland is home to approximately 30,000 castles. Other than that, this country is known for its rich history and traditions, for example, the celebration of St. Patrick’s Day on March 17th. We recommend bringing back home Aran sweaters: the traditional garments for men that originated there almost a century ago. However, if you’re traveling light and can’t buy such a voluminous pullover, choose an Aran sweater from an authentic Irish store at https://www.tarairishclothing.com/collections/womens-knitwear  and it will be delivered right to your door.

Tanzania

Tanzania is an East African country that makes a wonderful travel destination for those interested in seeing a totally different culture in another part of the world. It is known for its amazing natural beauties such as the Serengeti and Kilimanjaro National Parks, the beaches of Zanzibar, and coral reefs. In terms of culture, Tanzania is an absolutely unique mix of 120 ethnic groups with different customs, languages, traditions, and even food. Here you can try such dishes as ugali, sukuma wiki, and ndizi. When coming back home, don’t forget to bring a pair of handcrafted leather sandals, as Tanzanians are known for being very skilled when it comes to creating leather items.

Iceland

If you’re not a big fan of the sunny weather and you’d rather visit a cold and snowy place, Iceland is exactly what you’ve been looking for. Waterfalls, glaciers, hot springs, vulcanos – you name it, Iceland has it all. The most famous hot spring is the Blue Lagoon, where you can relax while enjoying the stunning views. Also, Iceland is a country where you can observe the northern lights, one of the most beautiful natural phenomena on earth. Additionally, this place is a must-see for those who love to have an active lifestyle, as there are plenty of activities that you can do in nature like skiing, ice climbing, and hiking. Some good souvenir ideas include sweaters made of Icelandic wool, alcohol, and skincare products.
